摘　　要：采用转相法,对乳化剂、防冻剂和增稠剂等进行了筛选,确定了5%百里香酚水乳剂的最优配方:百里香酚质量分数为5%,溶剂乙醇质量分数为15%,乳化剂SC-102质量分数为6%,防冻剂丙二醇质量分数为1%;增稠剂琼脂的质量分数为0.2%,助表面活性剂正丁醇和水溶性氮酮的质量分数分别为1%和2%,用双蒸水补足至100%。用上述配方所制备的5%百里香酚水乳剂各项指标合格,并且经常温、冷贮(0±2)℃14 d、热贮(54±2)℃14 d未出现析油、析水、分层现象,所制备的制剂黏度小、倾倒性佳,利于分装。Through the screening of emulsifiers, antifreezes, thickeners and so on by using phase transfer method, the optimum formula of 5% thymol emulsion in water （EW） was obtained as follows： 5% （mass fraction, the same below） thymol, 15% ethanol （solvent） , 6% SC-102 （emulsifier）, 1% propylene glycol （antifreeze）, 0.2% agar （thickener）, 1% n-butanol （cosurfactant） , and 2% water-soluble azone （ active agent）, with double-distilled water up to 100%. All indexes of the prepared 5% thymol EW with the above optimum formula were up to standard, and its oil separation, water separation and stratification were not found after 14 days＇ storage at normal temperature, （0±2） ℃ or （54±2） ℃. The prepared 5% thymol EW possessed low viscosity, which made it easier to pour out and subpackage.
