被征地农民对闲置土地利用的行为特征分析——基于无锡市118份农户调研结果

摘　　要：基于无锡市118份农户调研数据,建立Logistic模型,定量分析相关因素对被征地农民利用闲置地意愿的影响,并进一步通过列联分析法,定性研究闲置土地的种植模式。分析了被征地农民的闲置土地利用行为特征,包括闲置土地的利用意愿及其影响因素、闲置土地的种植模式等。结果表明:被征地农民利用闲置土地受多种因素影响,农户距离县镇最小的距离、负责农业生产活动农民的年龄、性别以及人均耕地面积和家庭中老年人年龄等级是影响农户对闲置地利用意愿的主要因素。在种植作物的选择上,农户会选择易种、种植环境要求低、人工耗时少、生长周期短和投入成本低的季节性作物和蔬菜。因此,建议不反对不鼓励征而未用土地的农业利用行为,且给种植偏好农户留农地安置。According to the data of investigation on 118 peasant households in Wuxi city, we quantitatively analyzed the influ- ences of some relevant factors on the land-lost farmer＇ s willingness of using idle land through establishing Logistic model, and fur- ther qualitatively studied the land-lost farmer＇ s planting mode for idle land by using contingency analysis method. The results indi- cated that the idle land use of land-lost farmers was effected by many factors, and the minimum distance from peasant household to county town, the age of farmer, the sex of farmer, the per capita cultivated land area, and the age grade of elders in family were the main factors affecting the land-lost farmer＇ s willingness of using idle land. As for the choice of planting crops, the farmers selected easily-planted seasonal crops or vegetables which demanded low environmental conditions, few labor time and less input cost with short growth period. Neither objection nor encouragement to the use of idle land was recommended, and farmland should be arranged for the land-lost farmers who preferred to use idle land.
