农村基层干部“三度螺旋”培养机制研究——基于安徽省大学生村官的调查

摘　　要：近年来,党和政府积极鼓励大学生到农村地区担任村官,支援国家"三农"建设。由于目前的村官培养机制存在一些不足,导致在大学生村官培养上出现了培训、任职和出路等方面的问题,无法实现大学生村官计划预期的目标。对大学生村官实行"三度螺旋"培养模式,是促进大学生村官多元化发展、解决大学生村官出路问题的必然选择;建立大学生村官"三度螺旋"培养体系也是一个需要多方协作的长期过程。In recent years, the Communist Party and Chinese government actively encourage college graduates to work in coun- tryside as village officials, in order to support the construction of ＂Farmer, Agriculture, and Countryside＂ in China. Due to some shortages in the cultivating mechanism of village officials at present, there are many problems in the training, office-taking and fu- ture career development of college-graduate village officials, which are beyond their expectations. In order to promote the diverse de- velopment of college-graduate village officials, and to solve the problem of their future career plan, implementing the triple-spiral cultivating mode for them is indispensable. Constructing the triple-spiral cultivating system of college-graduate village officials is al- so a long course in which multipartite cooperation is needed.
