摘　　要：针对SCR竖炉燃烧风机常见故障诊断与维修关键技术进行长期深入的分析和研究。通过数值模拟、故障控制及诊断软件的研发,故障率低,工作效率高,使用寿命长,成本能耗水平高,安全可靠且稳定性好,可实现低维护和优化SCR生产线综合生产指标的目标。In view of the SCR shaft furnace combustion fan common fault diagnosis and maintenance,the key technology is from in-depth analysis and research for a long time.Through numerical simulation,fault control and diagnosis software development,the fan failure rate is low,it has low failure rate and high efficiency,long service life,high level of cost of energy consumption,safe and reliable and has good stability,it can realize low maintenance and optimization of SCR production line integrated production index of the target.
