摘　　要：高校学生体育社团以其特有的组织形式和特点受到很多大学生的喜爱。本文基于高校学生体育社团的组织管理模式及作用,从学生体育社团丰富和谐校园文化生活、建立和谐人际关系、促进和谐校园建设三个方面对高校学生体育社团进行分析,并提出具体的建设对策。Student sport associations of colleges are popular among students for their unique organizational forms and features.Based on the organizational management mode and functions,this article analyzed the sport associations from three aspects- enriching campus life,building up harmonious interpersonal relationships and fostering the construction of harmonious campus- and thereby proposed detailed suggestions and solutions.
