摘　　要：宣鼎为晚清著名文人,诗文戏曲小说书画皆有深厚造诣,但其卒年目前尚有争议。据晚清《申报》刊载资料对宣鼎卒年问题进行重新考证,可以推知宣鼎应卒于光绪五年(1879),而非学界此前认定的光绪六年(1880)。另对《申报》刊载宣鼎遗作题画文字做了整理,以便于学界对其有更为全面的研究。The inferences drawn from data in the newspaper of ShenBao in the late Qing Dynasty, the year of Xuan Ding＇s death was in 1879, not 1880. what＇s more, we also find some poems on paintings witch were written by Xuan Ding published by ShenBao, these material is useful for scholars to have a more comprehensive study about XuanDing and his works.
