摘  要:目的:观察二色波罗蜜提取物对血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学指标的影响.方法:采用持续力竭性游泳血瘀模型,检测全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数、血小板数、TT、PT、APTT、FIB,观察二色波罗蜜提取物对血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学指标的影响.结果:与模型组相比,二色波罗蜜提取物能显著改善血液流变学指标.二色波罗蜜提取物能降低全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数、血小板数、TT、FIB,提高PT、APTT.结论:二色波罗蜜提取物具有改善血液流变学指标的作用,其活血化瘀的有效部位为乙酸乙酯提取物.Abtract: Objective: To observe the hemorheology effect of extracts from Artocarpus styracifolius Pierre on the blood stasis model rats. Methods: The whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, red cell assembling index, platelet number, TT, PT, APTT and FIB were tested by continual exhaustive swimming model rats. Results: Compared with the model group, the index of hemorheology was improved by the extracts of Artocarpus styracifolius Pierre. The whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, red cell assembling index, platelet number, TT and FIB were reduced by the extracts from Artocarpus styracifolius Pierre. The PT, APTT were increased by extracts from Artocarpus styracifolius Pierre. Conclusion: The extracts from Artocarpus styracifolius Pierre had effect of improving index of hemorheology and the active fraction came from the ethyl acetate extracts from Artocarpus styracifolius Pierre.
