摘　　要：为了能让网站管理员快捷、方便、及时的发布新闻,需要开发一个基于网络的、具有流程处理的、具备一定管理功能的新闻管理系统。本文从网站管理员需求分析的基础上,提出新闻管理系统的基本目标,并阐述系统结构以及功能模块设计,实现了基于Web的新闻管理系统。In order to make the website administrator release news fast, conveniently, and in time, it is re-quired to develop a news management system which is network-based, with process management and certain man-agement functions. This paper, based on the demand analysis of the site administrator, puts forward the basic goal of the system, and describes the system structure and function module design. The paper implements the news management system based on Web.
