摘　　要：发制品生产是一个古老而"新兴"的产业,本文结合染整设备节能减排和技术升级改造的需求,深入研究发制品染整生产工艺和特点,研发出发制品行业专用的新型多功能染整联合设备。该设备的成功投产,明显提高生产效率,为企业节能降耗提供强有力的保障,加快推进发制品行业设备的机械化和自动化进程,有较高的市场推广价值。Production of hair goods is an ancient and ＆quot;new＆quot; industry. Combined with the needs of energy sav-ing and technology upgrade on dyeing and finishing equipment, the paper deeply researches its production technol-ogy and characteristics, and designs a new multifunctional dyeing finishing range which is specialized in hair goods industry. Its successful production obviously improves the production efficiency, provides strong technical support to enterprises for energy saving, promotes the equipment＆#39;s mechanization and automation processes in hair goods industry, and has a higher value in market promotion.
