摘　　要：文献情报服务与发展是图书馆的生存之本,是实现其自身价值的唯一途径,因此,开展文献情报服务研究也就成为图书馆服务的永恒话题之一。国内外围绕图书馆读者服务需求,以及文献情报服务的内容、方式、方法、技术、体系等进行了全方位的研究,本文对目前所取得的成果和研究现状进行了归纳,希望能为后续研究者提供借鉴。Information service is the key to Library and information institutions＆#39; survival, and the only way to achieve their own value. Thus, carrying out information service research is the eternal topic for library and infor-mation institutions. A full range of studies at home and abroad has been performed in terms of users＆#39; information requirements, and the content, service mode, method, technology and system construction concerning information service. The paper briefly states the academic achievements and research status, hoping to provide a reference for following studies.
