摘 要:在某无缝钢管厂步进式加热炉监控系统改造设计中,针对智能型新、旧现场设备分散性强、通讯协议难以兼容的问题,通过搭建多级通讯网络,采用协议转换的方法完成现场设备的数据集成。在分析系统工艺的基础上,详细介绍了由Profibus-DP、Profinet、Modbus以及工业以太网组成的控制网络结构、硬件配置以及数据集成的实现方法。同时,由于系统中对温度的采点多、分布广、实时性要求高、数据运算量大,为减轻主站CPU315-2PN/DP的数据处理压力,将具有独立运算能力的西门子FM355C闭环PID模块配置到控制网络中,提高了监控系统的可靠性、实时性及安全稳定性。During the renovation design of a monitoring system of walking beam furnace in a seamless tube mill, the protocol conversion method is adopted to complete data integration of the equipment by building multi-level communication network, in order to solve the decentralization problem of the new and old intelligent field devices and the incompatibilities problem of the communication protocols. Based on the analysis of the system process, the structure of the control network, hardware configuration and the method of realizing the data integration are introduced in detail. The control network consists of Profibus-DP, Profinet, Modbus and industrial Ethernet. Because of many widespread temperature sampling points, high real-time requirements and large data of the system, the Siemens FM355C closed-loop PID module with independent calculating ability is configured in the control system to reduce the data processing pressure of the CPU315-2PN/DP master station and the reliability, real-time performance and stability of the monitoring system are improved.
