摘  要:针对立式环模成型设备生产率低、吨产品能耗高的问题,文章采用TRIZ理论对立式环模压块机进行了创新设计。通过确定立式环模压块机的系统矛盾、明确需要解决的工程参数,根据阿奇舒勒矛盾矩阵表找到解决问题的发明原理。利用发明原理将模块设计成独立、可拆卸的分体式;对模块表面进行混合粉末喷涂;将模块改进为非对称形式,定位孔中心线与环模孔中心线偏差4.3°;单层模块改进为双层模块的设计。通过试验,设备生产率为2 519 kg/h,产品能耗为25.86 k Wh/t,上层环模产品密度为1.13 g/cm3,下层密度为1.22 g/cm3,为增加立式环模压块机效率提供理论依据。Due to existing problems about low productivity and high energy consumption per ton of vertical circular moulding equipment,the thesis applied TRIZ theory for innovating design of vertical ring die briquetting machine. Determining the system contradictions for vertical circular moulding equipment addressed engineering parameters,and then found the principles of the invention for solving the problem through Altshuller contradictions matrix table. Module was designed to be independent and removable using the invention principles,on the module surface mixed powder coating, module was changed to asymmetrical form. There was 4.3 ° deviation between centerline axis of ring die and location hole,single module improved to double module. The productivity was 2 519 kg/h,the energy consumption per ton was 25.86 k Wh/t, the product density produced by the upper mould and lower mould were 1.13 g/cm3 and 1.22 g/cm3, respectively. These data can be the theoretical basis for improvement of productivity about vertical circular mould briquetting machine.
