摘  要:对某电厂300MW无烟煤W形火焰锅炉进行改烧烟煤的研究,通过调整炉内卫燃带面积,保证炉膛出口烟气温度控制在原设计范围,取消燃烧器的乏气喷口、增加一次风速和风量,以适合烟煤的着火燃烧,对制粉系统安全性进行改进,确保制粉系统安全运行。改造后的运行结果表明:该炉燃用挥发分w(V_daf)为25%~35%、发热量Q_net,ar为20~22 MJ/kg的烟煤时,主蒸汽和再热蒸汽的汽温、汽压及输出功率均满足该锅炉原设计要求,炉内无明显结焦,燃烧器无烧坏,制粉系统可以长期安全运行,锅炉热效率提高2%以上,NOx排放质量浓度降低至400mg/m3以下。A 300 MW W-flame boiler was retrofitted from originally burning anthracite into burning bituminous coal by adjusting the area of refractory belt, controlling the outlet flue gas temperature within the original design range, canceling the exhaust gas nozzle of burners, increasing the primary air speed and air volume to facilitate ignition and combustion of bituminous coal, improving the safety of the coal pulverizing system to ensure that it can operate safely. Retrofit results show that when the bituminous coal of w( V_daf)= 25%-35% and Q_net.ar :20 -22 MJ/kg is burned, the temperature and pressure of both the main steam and reheat steam as well as the unit power output can all meet original design requirements of the boiler, in which case, the pulverizing system will be able to operate safely for a long time, and the thermal efficiency of boiler would be increased by 2%, the NOx emission would be lowered to be below 400 mg/m3 , with no obvious slagging and without burnout burners in the furnace.
