摘 要:针对某电厂640 MW机组锅炉长期在非设计煤种下运行,严重影响锅炉安全经济运行的问题,对该电厂的常用煤种进行元素分析及热重分析,并进行了分类,确定了参与混煤掺烧研究的煤种。选取3个具有代表性的负荷点,通过掺烧不同比例煤种、不同上煤方式进行热态试验,获得不同负荷下的最佳混煤掺烧方案和锅炉上煤方式,有效提高了该机组锅炉的安全性和经济性。To solve the problems occurring in a 640 MW boiler caused by burning non-designed coal for a long period that had led to great impact on the safe and economical operation of the boiler, elemental analysis, thermo-gravimetric analysis and classification were made for various kinds of coal commonly-used in the power plant, after which the coal types to be involved in the research on blended coal combustion were determined. With three characteristic load points selected and through conducting hot tests with coal mixtures in different blending proportions under different feeding modes, an optimal blended coal combustion scheme and coal feeding mode were obtained for the boiler, thus effectively enhancing the safety and economic efficiency of the boiler unit.
