摘 要:对某台锅炉由无烟煤改烧烟煤后,排烟温度异常升高的原因进行了分析,提出了降低排烟温度的措施。实践证明:经磨煤机出口风温由80℃提高至85℃,并加强受热面吹灰后,排烟温度下降了4~6K,达到了预期效果。To reduce the exhaust gas temperature of a W-flame boiler changing from burning anthracite into burning bituminous coal, an analysis was conducted to the causes leading to the temperature rise of exhaust gas, and subsequently corresponding countermeasures were proposed and taken. Results show that by increasing outlet air temperature of the pulverizer from 80 ℃ to 85 ℃ and by strengthening soot blowing on related heating surfaces, the exhaust gas temperature has been lowered by 4~6 K as expected.
