摘 要:针对一台330 MW机组的高中压转子低频振动,通过调节阀控制试验,得出是由于汽流激振引起的。结合汽流激振的机理、振动特征以及实际情况,通过大修中调整轴瓦标高和通流间隙等措施后,汽轮机低频振动得到抑制,保证了机组安全运行。To solve the problem of low-frequency vibration existing in the high/medium-pressure rotor of a 330 MW unit caused by steam-excited vibration found through control test on the governing valve, following countermeasures are proposed, such as adjusting the bearing elevation and the flow path clearance during overhaul, based on the mechanism and characteristics of the steam-excited vibration as well as the actual situation. By taking above countermeasures, the low frequency vibration of steam turbine is suppressed, ensuring the safe operation of the unit.
