摘  要:为了了解PAHs植物修复机制,利用绦柳组织培养体系,研究了在离体条件下MS培养基添加不同浓度BaP的单独暴露,以及MS+0.1mg/L 6-BA+0.2mg/L NAA不定根分化培养基添加不同浓度BaP的协同激素暴露对绦柳生长发育的影响。结果发现,在设计的暴露剂量范围内,MS添加不同浓度BaP的单独处理可显著促进绦柳不定根的分化,4.0mg/L BaP单独暴露条件下绦柳的初根时间比阴性对照CK-提前了2d,不定根分化率达100%的时间比阴性对照提前了2d,不定根的生根数量是阴性对照的1.8倍;和阴性对照CK-相比,各暴露剂量条件下绦柳根茎叶的生物量变化不明显;MS+0.1mg/L 6-BA+0.2mg/L NAA并添加不同浓度BaP的协同激素处理,在设计的暴露剂量范围内各处理绦柳均没有不定根的分化,但切口部位有愈伤组织的形成;和阳性对照CK+相比,各暴露剂量条件下绦柳茎叶的生物量变化不明显。Effects of Benzo[a]pyrene on the growth and development of Salix matsudana were studied through adding the different doses of BaP in MS media or in media of MS+0.1mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L NAA.The results showed that BaP affected the differentiation of adventitious roots in MS media.4.0mg/L BaP caused the maximum effect on the formation time of an initial root which was 2dearlier than the negative control(CK-),and its period to reach the 100%of adventitious root differentiation rate was also 2dearlier than CK- with the adventitious root amount being 1.8times as high as CK-.However,BaP with various doses added in MS media did not play any effect on the stem and leaf biomass compared to the CK-.BaP in media of MS+0.1mg/L 6-BA+0.2mg/L NAA resulted in the calli formation instead of adventitious roots differentiation and insignificant effects on the stem and leaf biomass compared to the CK+.
