分株和遮阴对画眉草生长的影响

摘　　要：以盆栽画眉草为试材,研究了分株大小（初生分蘖数的多少）和不同遮阴度对草本植物生长的影响,结果表明,以初生分蘖数为5-6个/盆的株高、茎数和花序数最大,其次为初生分蘖数为10-12个/盆和18-22个/盆;30%、50%的遮阴有利于画眉草的生长,此遮阴条件下株高、茎数、花序数、叶绿素、类胡萝卜素含量等都显著高于自然光照条件下,当遮阴度大于50%时则不利于其生长,生长指标明显降低。The effect of division size and shade density on herbaceous plant growth was studied by using Eragrostis pilosa as material.The results showed that the shoot height,the number of shoots and inflorescence of 5-6tillers per pot were the largest at late growth stage,with the second 10-12tillers per pot and the third 18-22tillers per pot.Under shade densities of 30% and 50%,shoot height,numbers of shoot and inflorescence,contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and carotenoids were higher than those of control.While under shade density above 50%,the growth was affected with an obvious decrease in the growth indexes.
