高效液相色谱法测定骨痹散中延胡索乙素的含量

摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法测定骨痹散中延胡索乙素含量的方法。方法 DIONEX-C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(25:75)为流动相,柱温为30℃,流速为1.0m L/min,进样量10μL,检测波长为300nm。结果延胡索乙素在10.4208-74.1385μg表现良好线性关系(r=0.9997),平均加样回收率为99.1143%,RSD=0.6623%。结论本方法准确、简便、快速,且重复性好,可用于骨痹散中延胡索乙素含量测定及质量控制。Objective To analyze the content of Isofraxidin in Gubisan .Methods The DIONEX -C18 column（250mm ×4.6mm, 5μm） was used.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile -0.1% phosphoric acid water （25：75）.The flow rate was 1.0mL/min.The col-umn temperature was 30℃.The UV detector wavelength was 300nm.Results The linear ranges of Isofraxidin was 10.4208 -74.1385μg（r=0.9997） with average recovery of 99.1143%（RSD =0.6623%）.Conclusions The method is stable,simple and simple,which could be used for the quality control and determination of content of Gubisan .
