四磨汤联合乳果糖口服液治疗肝癌介入术后便秘疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察四磨汤联合乳果糖口服液治疗肝癌介入术后便秘临床疗效。方法 64例肝癌介入术后功能性便秘患者随机分为两组,对照组用乳果糖口服液治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上联合四磨汤治疗,观察治疗后两组有效率和Wexner便秘评分变化。结果治疗后治疗组Wexner便秘评分较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论四磨汤联合乳果糖口服液治疗肝癌介入术后便秘具有较好的临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Simo decoction combined with lactulose in treatment of constipation after inter -ventional therapy of liver cancer .Method 64 cases of constipation after interventional therapy of liver cancer were randomly divided into two groups.The control group only treated with lactulose , the treatment group added Simo decoction .The effiect and Wexner constipation scores after treatment in two groups were evaluated .Results After treatment,Wexner constipation score in treatment group was significantly lower than that that of control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Simo decoction combined with lactulose has good clinical therapy efficacy in treat -ment of constipation after interventional therapy of liver cancer .
