中西医结合治疗血管性帕金森综合征合并肺部感染疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗血管性帕金森综合征合并肺部感染的疗效。方法 65例患者随机分为两组,对照组单用敏感抗生素治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用痰热清注射液治疗,治疗2周后观察两组发热、咳嗽缓解时间以及临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组发热咳嗽缓解时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),两组均无明显不良反应。结论痰热清注射液联合敏感抗生素治疗血管性帕金森综合征合并肺部感染疗效明显、副作用少。Objective To observe the curative effect of integrated Chinese -western therapy on vascular Parkinson ＆#39;s syndrome and lung infection.Method 65 patients were randomly divided into two groups , the control group used sensitive antibiotics , the treatment group re-ceived Tanreqing injection based on the control group .After treating for 2 weeks, observe the fever cough reduce time and the effect .Result The total effective rate of treatment group was better than control group （P〈0.05）; the treatment group of alleviating fever cough time was significantly shorter than control group （P〈0.05）, two groups had no obvious adverse reactions .Conclusion Tanreqing injection com-bined with sensitive antibiotic in treatment of vascular Parkinson ＆#39;s syndrome and pulmonary infection has remarkable effect and adverse reac -tions.
