黄葵胶囊配合穴位注射治疗糖尿病肾病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察黄葵胶囊配合穴位注射治疗糖尿病肾病的临床效果。方法 60例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为两组,对照组口服黄葵胶囊,治疗组口服黄葵胶囊配合穴位注射黄芪注射液。结果两组治疗总有效率有明显的差异(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组的β2微球蛋白、尿白蛋白排泄率及24h尿蛋白总量显著降低(均P<0.05),肾功能各指标及内生肌酐清除率明显改善(均P<0.05)。结论黄葵胶囊口服配合穴位注射治疗糖尿病肾病可有效改善患者的临床症状,减少尿蛋白,改善肾功能。Objective To observe the effect of Huangkui capsule combined with acupoint injection in treatment of diabetic nephropathy . Methods 60 cases of diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups .The control group was given Huangkui capsule and the treatment group received Huangkui capsule combined with injected Huangqi injection .Results Total effective rate between two groups had sig -nificant difference （P〈0.05）; after treatment, compared with the control group, the beta 2 microglobulin, urinary albumin excretion rate and the total 24 h urine protein in treatment group significantly reduced （P〈0.05）, renal function and endogenous creatinine clearance rate obviously improved （P〈0.05） .Conclusion Huangkui capsule combined with acupoint injection in patients with diabetic nephropathy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms , reduce urinary protein, improve renal function.
