摘　　要：司徒仪教授是国家第四批名老中医,从事妇科临床、教学、科研40余年,对子宫内膜异位症有着深刻的见解和丰富的临床经验。她主张瘀血阻滞是本病的基本病机,但具体又需细分为阳虚血瘀、寒凝血瘀、气滞血瘀、热灼血瘀、气虚血瘀、肾虚血瘀等,不能一概而论,临床上以阳虚内寒多见。治疗上强调审证求因、辨证论治、因人制宜、因时制宜。Professor Situ Yi is one of the fouth national famous veteran teran doctors of TCM ,she engaged in gynecology clinical , teach-ing, scientific research for more than 40 years, and has a profound insights and a wealth of clinical experience in endometriosis .She advo-cates that blood stasis block is the basic pathogenesis of endometriosis ,but it needs to be split up into yang deficiency and blood stasis , cold coagulation blood stasis , qi stagnation and blood stasis , fire and blood stasis, qi deficiency and blood stasis,kidney deficiency and blood stasis et al.it defies generalisations, The yang deficiency and blood stasis is the most common symptom clincly .Professor Situ Yi emphasizes determination of etiologic factors based on differentiation , treatment based on syndrome differentiation ,suiting our measures to differing condi-tions in terms of time and people involved .
