前白蛋白联合血清铁、铁蛋白检测对缺铁性贫血的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的分析前白蛋白联合血清铁、铁蛋白检测对缺铁性贫血诊断的意义。方法收集武汉大学人民医院住院部符合纳入标准的缺铁性贫血患者共186例以及同期健康体检者60例。抽取所选对象静脉血进行前白蛋白、血清铁及铁蛋白的检测,并对检测数据进行数据分析。结果缺铁性贫血组前白蛋白、血清铁及铁蛋白水平比健康组水平低(P<0.05)。轻度缺铁性贫血组的前白蛋白、铁蛋白水平比健康组低(P<0.05),但血清铁水平与健康组比较差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05);中度及重度缺铁性贫血组的前白蛋白、血清铁及铁蛋白水平比健康组低(P<0.05),轻、中、重度缺铁性贫血组之间的前白蛋白、血清铁及铁蛋白水平有显著差异(P<0.05)且呈降低的趋势。结论前白蛋白联合血清铁、铁蛋白对缺铁性贫血的诊断以及贫血程度的诊断具有重要的意义。Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of combined prealbumin , serum iron and ferritin tests in the iron deficiency ane -mia.Method 186 cases with iron deficiency anemia and 60 health controls of in -patient department of Renmin hospital of Wuhan universi -ty from January 2012 to July 2013, all subjects were detected for prealbumin , serum iron and ferritin.The test data were statistically ana-lyzed.Results The prealbumin, serum iron and ferritin levels in the total iron deficiency anemia group were lower than those in healthy group （P〈0.05）.The prealbumin and ferritin levels in the mild iron deficiency anemia group were lower than those in healthy group （P〈0.05）.The serum iron levels in the mild iron deficiency anemia group showed no difference compared with the healthy group （P〉0.05）. The prealbumin, serum iron and ferritin levels in the midrange and severe iron deficiency anemia group were lower than those in healthy group （P〈0.05）.The prealbumin, serum iron and ferritin levels in between groups showed significantly difference and trended decrease （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The combined prealbumin, serum iron and ferritin tests indicated important implication in the diagnosis of iron deficien -cy anemia, especially showed great significance in the degree of anemia .
