摘　　要：以金砖四国为例,构建了PPP制度成熟度的分析框架,探究了经济发展速度和PPP制度成熟度对发展中国家基础设施PPP项目数量及实施质量的影响作用,剖析了PPP制度成熟度的各个维度对基础设施PPP项目实施质量的影响力。This paper builds up the framework of PPP institutional maturity by taking the case of BRIC, and explores the effect of economic development speed and PPP institutional maturity on the quality and quantity of PPP infrastructure projects in developing countries, and dissects the influence of different dimensions of PPP institutional maturity on the quality of PPP infrastructure projects.
