摘　　要：在公共服务渠道类型公共服务特征匹配与渠道模式公共服务特征匹配分析的基础上,构建了公共服务渠道类型与渠道模式公共服务特征匹配度的度量模型,并以此为基础,通过定量计算渠道类型与渠道模式的匹配情况,构建了一种公共服务渠道管理模型。This paper builds up the public service channel match model to measure the service feature match degree of public channel types and channel modes based on the public service feature match. And then it calculats the match degree of public channel types and channel modes quantitatively. Finally,it construsts a type of public service channel management model.
