周口市城中村体育活动开展状况研究

摘　　要：采用调查法、访谈法对周口市城中村居民体育活动开展状况进行调研。调查结果显示:周口市"城中村"居民体育活动开展处于一种自组织的状态,居民参与体育活动时间、地点、方式均处于自组织的原发状态。居民喜爱三五结伴去广场、公园等公共空间进行技术难度小易于掌握的各种健身活动。场地器材的不足、缺少科学锻炼方法指导成为影响居民参与体育锻炼的主要因素。提出培育与引进健身指导力量;政府购买社会体育组织服务;城市建设过渡区域的科学管理等解决途径和手段。The paper investigates residents＇ sports activities of urban village in Zhoukou by the methods of survey and interview. The results show that their sports activities are in a state of self organization,and the time,place and the mode of activities are in a primary state. The residents are keen on activities of little difficulty and easy fitness in square,parks and other public space. The main factors influencing the residents＇ participation are lack of space,equipments and scientific guidance. And this paper proposes that cultivation and introduction of fitnesss hould be introduced; social sports organization serivice should be purchased by the government; and the transitional area should be managed scientifically.
