基于边际效应理论的休闲体育旅游发展研究

摘　　要：边际效应理论是经济行为的基本规律。以"边际成本"和"边际收益"的变化为依据,讨论了休闲体育旅游发展的一般规律,从组织者和参与者的角度,分析休闲体育旅游参与边际成本和边际收益的关系。从组织管理、条件支持、人员素质、资源整合方面提出休闲体育旅游参与率提升策略;从加强引导、丰富内容、完善项目管理、形成群体效应等方面提出休闲体育旅游质量提升策略,旨在促进休闲体育旅游的可持续发展。The marginal utility theory is the basic law of economic behaviors. Based in the changes in the marginal cost and mar- ginal utility, this article discusses the general law of the development of leisure sports tourism, and makes an analysis of the rela- tionship between the marginal cost of the participation of leisure sports tourism and its marginal utility from the perspective of organizers and participants. The increasing strategies of the participation rate in leisure sports tourism are put forward from the aspect of organizational management, condition improvement, employees＇ qualities and resources integration. The quality-impro- ving strategies of leisure sports tourism are put forward from the aspect of strengthening guidance, enriching contents, impro- ving project management, and forming group effect. This article serves to promote the sustainable development of leisure sports tourism.
