摘　　要：随着世界各个国家法律制度的发展和完善,一些学说体系也逐渐成型,近年,被害人学是发展较快的一个研究方向。对被害人学进行各项研究,表明了法学界开始重视在犯罪人和被害人之间寻求利益平衡点,并为此做出多方面的努力。在被害人学中,犯罪被害人的补偿制度是近年发展较快的一个分支。本文通过对马加爵案的分析,研究我国的犯罪被害人补偿制度。In recent decades, with the improvement and development of the legal system of each country in the world, some theory systems are gradually forming, the victim study is such a case. To study the victims shows that the law researchers begin to attach importance to find the interest balance between the offender and the victim, and make efforts in many aspects. In the victim theory, the criminal victim compensation system is a fast developing branch in recent years.
