摘  要:特高压交、直流输电线路在线监测技术的推广应用是电网安全运行、提高电网输送能力的必然要求。同时输电网近年来的高速发展也使得运行维护人力资源的不足更加凸显。在特高压输电线路上安装相应的传感设备,通过在线监测的手段实现对输电线路设备内在危害的及时感应,判断线路的设备运行状态,从而将现有的人力和装备集中使用在应修设备上。它为设备安全、稳定、长周期、全性能优质运行提供了可靠的技术和管理保障。本文就在线监测和线路运维现状进行了论述,对常用的在线监测装置及布置原则进行了分析,对比了5.8G无线专网、光通信和GPRS/3G 3种通信方式的优缺点。最后,推出了较优的通信组网方案。The popularization and application of the online monitoring technology of UHVAC, DC transmission line is the inevitable requirement for the safe operation of power grid and the improvement of power transmission capacity.At the same time,the rapid development of transmission network in recent years makes the lack of human resources in operation and maintenance more prominent.It is proposed to install appropriate sensing equipment on the UHV transmission lines,and,through timely inducing the inherent hazards of the equipment of transmission lines by means of online monitoring, estimates the equipment's running status, so as to concentrate the existing manpower and equipment on equipment that should be repaired.It provides reliable technology and management methods that guarantee the safe ,stable ,long-periodic and high-quality performance of equipment.This paper discusses the online monitoring and the status of the operation and maintenance of lines, analyzes the commonly-used on-line monitoring devices and layout principles,compares the advantages and disadvantages of 5.8G Wireless Network,the optical communication and GPRS/3G.Finally,the paper introduces the optimum communication networking solutions.
