基于OPEN3000的青岛电网监控信息优化

摘　　要：随着青岛电网规模的不断扩大以及"地县一体化"的深入推进,青岛电网监控信息总量大幅增加。如何在现有的监控条件下保持对电网持续发展的可监控能力成为青岛供电公司调控中心亟需解决的问题。就调控中心主站侧OPEN3000监控系统采取了一系列信号治理措施,对监控告警信息制定统一的信息分类原则并进行重新分类,对主要设备遥测值进行实时排序和直观显示。通过优化操作伴生信息、压缩误发频发信息和规范检修告警信息等措施对监控信息进行优化,显著减少监控告警信息,提高电网监控效率。With the continuous expansion of the scale of Qingdao power grid and the further promotion of “municipal-county integration” , the total amount of the monitoring information of Qingdao grid increases substantially.How to keep the monitoring ability for the sustainable development of power grid under the existing monitoring conditions is an urgent problem needed to be solved by the Control Center of Qingdao Power Supply Company.This paper adopts a series of signal control measures for the OPEN3000 monitoring system of the master station of the Control Center.h also formulates the unified information classification principles for the alerting information, re-classifies it and makes the real-time sorting and visual display of the telemetry values of the main equipment.Through optimizing the associated information, compressing the frequent false information ,and standardizing the alerting information for maintenance and other measures ,it optimizes the monitoring information,significantly reduces the alerting information,and improves the efficiency of grid monitoring.
