摘  要:目的观察低强度聚焦超声治疗肱二头肌长头肌腱炎的疗效。方法将65例肱二头肌长头肌腱炎患者随机分为治疗组和脉冲超声治疗组,其中治疗组35例,脉冲超声治疗组30例。治疗组给予低强度聚焦超声治疗,脉冲超声治疗组给予普通超声治疗。于治疗前、治疗后7 d、14 d采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评定2组患者的疼痛程度,并对临床疗效进行比较。结果治疗后7 d、14 d,治疗组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗组与脉冲超声治疗组7 d、14 d VAS评分均低于治疗前;治疗组与脉冲超声治疗组7 d、14 d有效率比较,差异有统计学意义。结论低强度聚焦超声治疗肱二头肌长头肌腱炎的效果好于普通超声,可明显缓解疼痛,改善肩关节功能。Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of low-intensity focused ultrasound in treating tendinitis of long head of biceps brachii. Methods A total of sixty-five patients diagnosed with tendinitis of long head of biceps brachii muscle were randomly divided into treatment group(thirty-five cases) and contral group(thirty cases);treatment group used low-intensity focused ultrasound and control group used low-intensity pulsed ultrasound. The degrees of pain of patients from both groups were scored using visual analogue scales(VAS) before treatment and on day 7 and 14 after treatment. Results The VAS points in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group on day 7 and day 14 after treatment( P〈0.05). The VAS points after treatment(both day 7 and day 14) were obviously lower than those before treatment for both groups(P〈0.05). There was significant difference in clinical curative effect between the two groups on both day 7 and day 14 after treatment( P〈0.05). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of low-intensity focused ultrasound in treating tendinitis of long head?of biceps brachii muscle is better than that of low-intensity plused ultrasound. Low-intensity focused ultrasound can markedly relieve pain and improve the range of shoulder motion
