摘  要:高减速比准双曲面齿轮的设计重点在节锥的确定和轮齿几何系数的选取。本文给出了少齿轮数准双曲面齿轮设计的几何限制条件,节锥设计新的收敛条件。以小轮体积最大为目标,通过优化求解的方法,确定了大、小轮的节锥。运用Matlab和UG软件对齿数比为3∶60的准双曲面齿轮进行了三维仿真,最后在GH-35机床上完成了切齿试验,验证了少齿数高减速比准双曲面齿轮在理论和实践上的可行性。The design of the hypoid gear with high speed ratio focuses on the determination of the pitch cone and the choice of the tooth geometrical parameters. The geometrical constraints of the hypoid gear with few teeth were presented and the new convergence conditions of the pitch cone design were obtained. The pitch cone of hypoid gear was determined by using the largest volume of the pinion as target and the optimization methods. The three-dimensional simulation of the hypoid gear with the gear ratio 3∶60 was carried out by using Matlab and UG. Finally,this pair of hypoid gear of few teeth and high speed ratio was processed out on the GH-35 gear milling machine. The experiment result shows that the proposed hypoid gear with few tooth and high reduction ratio is feasible in both theory and practice.
