摘 要:以微型谷物联合收割机清选系统为研究对象,以二级扬谷器转速、吸杂风机转速为试验因素,以籽粒清洁率、清选损失率、籽粒破碎率为试验指标进行了清选性能回归试验,建立了籽粒清洁率和清选损失率回归数学模型。利用加权优化法进行参数优化,得到较优运动参数组合为:二级扬谷器、吸杂风机转速分别为1 177r/min、2 948 r/min。在优化参数下,进行了优化结果验证试验以及清选系统对喂入量和物料状态的适应性试验。试验结果可为微型谷物联合收割机清选系统的设计提供依据。The cleaning system of micro grain combine harvester was regarded as the research object to carry out cleaning performance regression tests. The regression mathematical model of the grain cleaning rate and cleaning loss rate was established. In the test,selecting rotation speed of the second winnowing and rotation speed of fan as test factors,the grain cleaning rate,cleaning loss rate and grain breakage rate were selected as the indexes. The best parameter combinations of the rotation speed of the second winnowing and rotation speed of fan respectively 1 177 r / min and 2 948 r / min were obtained through the weighted optimization method.Under the optimized parameters,the optimized results as well as the cleaning system suitability of feed rate and material status were tested. The result provides basis for the design of cleaning system of the micro grain combine harvester.
