摘 要:针对汽轮机驱动的大型变转速静叶可调轴流引风机重要参数之间复杂的耦合关系,建立了引风机特性支持向量机模型,基于运行数据与调节机制确定了变静叶开度的管路特性.在此基础上,提出汽动引风机不同烟气流量下转速与静叶开度之间的运行特性模型.以某600 MW机组汽动引风机为例,建立了汽动引风机全工况运行特性模型,结果表明该模型能准确反映出重要参数之间的数值关系.针对汽动引风机超速、失速等问题,在特性曲面上划定了安全运行范围.以汽动引风机综合效率为指标进行经济性分析,得到一定烟气流量变化范围内的最优转速、静叶开度配置方式,为实际运行提供了指导.Based on the complex coupling relationship between the important parameters of adjusta- ble static blade axial draft fan in variable speed operating mode, the characteristics model of induced draft fan based on support vector machine is established and variable static blade angle pipeline char- acteristic is confirmed with operation data and adjustment mechanism. On this basis, the operating characteristic model between rotational speed and static blade angle at different volume flow rates is put forward. The modeling result of a 600 MW unit steam-driven induced draft fan operation charac- teristic shows that the operating model can accurately reflect the numerical relationships between the important parameters. Furthermore, aiming at the problem of stalling and over-speed, safety opera- tion range is delineated on the characteristic surface. The optimum combination of rotational speed and static blade angle is obtained by economic analysis based on the steam-driven induced draft fan integrated efficiency, which can provide a guidance for practical operation.
