摘 要:分析了非均匀流量分布下太阳能平板集热器的传热过程,建立并求解了相应的数学模型.通过该模型计算得到的集热器各支管出口温度与实验结果相符,验证了其正确性.利用该模型分析了假想的4种流量分布下太阳能平板集热器热性能,计算结果显示,非均匀流量分布的集热器热转移因子和集热器瞬时效率都比均匀流量分布低,最大降低幅度分别可达12.6%和10.5%.流量非均匀分布时各支管的肋片宽度、肋效率、效率因子、热转移因子和工质出口温度都不相等,稳态时集热器瞬时效率与归一化温差仍然成线性关系.The heat transfer process of a solar flat plate collector is analyzed under nonuniform fluid flow distribution, and the corresponding mathematical model is developed. The outlet temperature of every tube of the solar flat plate collector obtained by this model are in agreement with the experi- mental results, so the accuracy of this model is verified. Using this model, the thermal performances of the solar flat plate collector are analyzed under four kinds of flow distributions, respectively. The calculated results show that the collector heat removal factor and the instantaneous collector efficiency in nonuniform fluid flow distribution are lower than those in uniform distribution, and they are de- creased at most by 12.6% and 10.5%, respectively. When the fluid flow distribution is nonuni- form, the width of tube fin, the fin efficiency, the efficiency factor, the heat removal factor and outlet temperature of every tube in the solar collector are not equal to each other, and the instantane- ous collector efficiency is linear with the normalized temperature difference in the steady state.
