摘　　要：通过对城镇污水输送系统安全运行要素的分析,将影响城镇污水输送系统安全运行的风险因子进行了分类,采用层级分析方法分层次设定评估因子、权重和评价标准,建立了安全运行评估体系及评估方法。运用此评估体系对杭州主城区现状污水输送系统的主干系统和大系统进行了安全性评估,并提出了改进措施和建议,其他城镇可参考该体系开展污水输送系统的安全性评估。Based on the analysis of the safe operation elements of a municipal sewage transport system, the risk factors influencing the safe operation of the municipal sewage transport system were clas- sified.
