摘　　要：以邢台召马地表水厂为例,分析了在以工艺设计流程为先导的条件下,水厂总图设计的要点,包括交通规划、功能分区和景观设计等内容,探讨了生态平衡、可持续发展的实践途径。Taking Xingtai Zhaoma Surface Water Plant as an example, the essential elements for design of the master plan of surface water plant under the condition of taking the process design as the pi- lot were analyzed, including transportation planning, function zoning, landscape design and so on. The practical approaches to the ecological balance and sustainable development were discussed.
