摘 要:采用静电喷射碳纳米管增强碳纤维制备技术,制备高性能碳纳米管增强聚丙烯腈基碳纤维,运用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及原子力显微镜(AFM)分析手段,研究了碳纳米管增强聚丙烯腈基碳纤维制备工艺对喷射效果的影响。结果表明:采用静电喷射技术可以有效地将碳纳米管植入碳纤维的表面结构缺陷中;以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为分散剂时,静电喷射效果最佳,碳纳米管在碳纤维表面沉积量大,而且分散均匀。最佳工艺参数为:电压30 k V,喷射距离6 cm,挤出速率10 m L/h,喷射时间1.5 h。A preparation technique of carbon nanotubes( CNTs) reinforced carbon fiber by electrostatic spraying was introduced in this paper. It studied the influence of preparation technology of CNTs reinforced PAN- based carbon fiber on the spraying effects,by using scanning electron microscope( SEM),and atomic force microscope( AFM). The results proved that CNTs could be sprayed effectively into the carbon fiber's surface defects by electrostatic spraying. If considering dimethyl formamide( DMF) as the dispersing agent,the effect of electrostatic spraying was best,and it showed that CNTs were well dispersed on the surface of carbon fiber,with maximum deposition amount. The optimal technological parameters were the voltage( 30 k V),the distance of spraying( 6 cm),the extrusion velocity( 10 m L / h),and the spraying duration( 1. 5 h).
