摘　　要：近年来,国内石油行业专利申请量增长速度明显上升,发明专利比重增加。同时,国外同行非常重视知识产权保护,在我国石化领域抢先申请专利,并制定相应发展策略,增强自身竞争力。文章以中国石油化工集团公司和埃克森美孚公司作为研究对象,对两公司的专利申请情况进行了分析和对比,以期为我国石化行业提高创新效率提供参考。In recent years,the growth rate of domestic oil industry patent application volume has increased significantly,and the proportion of invention patents has increased as well. Meanwhile,foreign counterparts have attached great importance to the protection of intellectual property rights. They grabbed off in patent application in China＇s petrochemical field,and formulated corresponding development strategies to enhance their competitiveness. This paper selected China Petrochemical Corp and Exxon Mobil Corp as research objects,made analysis and comparison of patent application in aspects of global layout,applicants,and enterprise important activities,in order to provide reference for improvement of innovation efficiency of China＇s petrochemical industry.
