摘　　要：当今世界主要大国都重视软实力开发与建设,俄罗斯也不例外。从本世纪初开始,俄罗斯不断探寻实施软实力外交最优的活动方式,现已发展成以文化外交、公共外交、国际发展援助为支撑点的软实力运用体系。与很多大国相比,俄罗斯的软实力外交开展的时间不长,很多工作尚处于摸索阶段,在提升软实力方面仍有很长一段路要走。Nowadays, major world powers attach importance to the development and construction of soft power, without exception of Russia. From the early of the present century, Russia has explored the implementation of the optimal active ways of soft power and then developed operative system of soft power centered on cultural diplomacy, public diplomacy and international develop- ment aid. Compared to other powers, Russian soft power diplomacy remains to be improved.
