摘 要:基于目前铸造工艺与传统模锻工艺制造阀体时存在的问题:如铸造工艺无法使阀体在性能上满足使用要求、返修率高;纯模锻工艺在小批量生产阀体时模具成本偏高,无法满足客户多样化加工要求,提出了一种利用自由锻与模锻相结合制造阀体的新型生产方法。该方法采用自由锻制坯,模锻成形,最后经修整尺寸获得阀体锻件。采用此方法在能够充分利用小吨位设备锻造出满足使用要求阀体的同时,也克服了铸造阀体性能上的不足,解决了传统模锻阀体多样化加工及生产成本问题。经实践生产证明,该方法锻成的阀体不仅在性能上满足使用要求,且较传统模锻阀体而言在重量上减少近30%,达到了节约成本、绿色制造的目的。Based on the existing problems in manufacturing the valve body with the casting method or with the traditional die forging meth- od, such as the performance of valve body produced by casting process dissatisfying the working requirements due to high repair rate, and high die cost dissatisfying the diverse customers requirements when valve bodies were produced in small-lot production by die forging meth- od, a new method combining free forging with die forging to manufacture valve bodies was proposed. The valve body was obtained by man- ufacturing the green body with free forging process, forming the final shape with die forging process, and obtaining the ultimate valve body with correcting process. This new method not only can make full use of the light tonnage equipment to obtain the valve body that satisfies the working requirements, but also solve the problems of performance of valve body manufactured by casting method. Furthermore, prob- lems of high cost in production and diverse processing of valve body manufactured by traditional forging method were solved. The practice production of this valve body proves that the valve body manufactured by this new method not only meets the working requirements in per- formance, but also reduces its weight by nearly 30% compared with the valve body manufactured by traditional die forging method, which achieves the goal of cost-saving and green manufacturing.
