摘 要:针对上推式快锻液压机工作缸柱塞与活动横梁连接球铰转动自锁条件的理论分析,采用机械系统动力学分析软件ADAMS对其进行仿真验证,明确工作缸连接球铰自锁条件的准确性。基于球铰转动自锁条件,根据工作缸实际受力情况,提出一种工作缸分析模型,运用有限元软件ANSYS对不同锻造偏心距下的工作缸进行静力分析,结果表明,在一定的锻造偏心距范围内压机工作缸球铰结构存在自锁,且随着偏心距的增大,缸体和导套最大应力逐渐增大。通过分析偏载工况下球铰自锁条件对压机工作缸的影响,提出对上推式快锻液压机偏心锻造问题进行研究时,有必要考虑球铰的转动自锁条件。For the theoretical analysis of spherical hinge's rotating self-locked condition which connected plunge of working cylinder with movable beam in the pushing high-speed hydraulic press, the study was verified by the software ADAMS and the accuracy of spherical hinge's self-locked condition of working cylinder was determined. Based on the spherical hinge's rotating self-locked condition, an analysis model of working cylinder was put forward according to the force, and the static analysis on working cylinder under different forging eccen- tricities was carried out by the finite software ANSYS. The results show that the spherical hinge structure of working cylinder in press is self-locked in a certain range of forging eccentricity, and the maximum stresses on both the cylinder block and the guide sleeve increase gradually with the increase of eccentricity. After analyzing the influence of spherical hinge's self-locked condition on hydraulic cylinder un- der eccentric load conditions, it is proposed that the spherical hinge's rotating self-locked condition should take into consideration when studying the eccentric forging of high-speed hydraulic press.
