摘　　要：随着4G业务的大规模商用,2G、3G、4G网络间的重选、驻留问题成为主要问题。通过对试验网下的测试及用户投诉进行分析,针对CSFB异常的主要原因进行总结,并结合典型解决案例进行说明,方便后续全网大面积建设时进行关注并形成处理经验。With the large-scale commercial application of 4G services, the reselection and hosting between 2G, 3G and 4G networks is becoming a major problem for network optimization. Based on the analysis of tests in experimental networks and customer complaint, the main causes of abnormal circuit switched fallback （CSFB） were summarized, which wcrc illustrated with typical cases. It is convenient to follow and process experience in subsequent large-scale network construction.
