摘 要:介绍了磁悬浮电主轴单元的工作原理,对影响其回转精度的因素进行了分析。以拟用于额定功率为2.2 k W且转速可达24 000 r/min的雕铣机中的主轴为例,分析了控制器反应时间不超过10 ms和主轴端部切削力不超过100 N时的主轴悬浮间隙精度、载荷变动量以及控制系统反馈精度对主轴回转精度的影响。结果表明:当前、后径向磁轴承处主轴圆度误差分别不超过0<Δ1<0.002 mm和-0.006mm<Δ2<0.006 mm、主轴端部载荷变动量不超过1 N,主轴回转精度满足加工要求,对提高磁悬浮电主轴单元的工作性能具有重要意义。The working principle of motorized spindle unit with AMB was introduced and the impact factors of its rotary accuracy was analyzed. Taking the spindle of engraving and milling machine with the 2. 2 kW power rating and 24 000 r/min as an example, the influence of the spindle's suspension accuracy, load's variation and the control system's feedback accuracy on the spindle's rotary accu- racy was analyzed when the controller's reaction time and the spindle nose's cutting force were less than 10 ms and 100 N respectively. The results show that when the spindle's roundness error of front and back radial magnetic bearing are between 0 mm to 0. 002 ram and between -0. 006 mm to 0. 006 mm respectively, the load's variation of the spindle nose is less than 1 N, the spindle's rotary accuracy meet the requirement. It is significance to improve the working performance of the motorized spindle unit with AMB.
