摘 要:液压吊卡是石油钻井工程中的重要设备,负责钻杆、钻具的起下钻动作。通过了解液压吊卡的工作原理,对其可能出现的状态组合进行分析。因液压吊卡各组成元件的寿命及维修时间服从指数分布,故可运用马尔科夫模型对其进行可靠性分析,并根据马尔科夫的过程原理建立了液压吊卡的马尔科夫状态转移模型。利用收集的液压吊卡可靠性维修性数据,计算出液压吊卡处于正常工作状态的概率,即其稳态可用度。并找出了系统中可靠度较弱的环节,有利于对液压吊卡进行改善处理,保证钻井施工安全稳定。Hydraulic elevator is an important set of equipment in petroleum drilling engineering, which is responsible for tripping action of drill pipe. By understanding the working principle of hydraulic elevator, the possible showing combination of its state was ana- lyzed. Since the life distribution and maintenance time distribution of every composing elements of hydraulic elevator obeying exponen- tial distribution, so its reliability was analyzed by using the Markov model and the Markov state transition model of hydraulic elevator was established according to the principle of Markov process. By using the reliability and maintainability data collected from the hydrau- lic elevator, the probability of the normal working state was worked out, which was the steady-state availability. At last the weak point of reliability of the hydraulie elevator system is found, which is helpful for the process to improve the hydraulic elevator, and ensuring the safety and stability of drilling process.
