摘  要:摊铺机熨平板的液压调平系统作为摊铺机的一个重要特征,是影响摊铺路面平整度的最关键的系统,其一旦出现故障,将严重影响摊铺路面的质量。以SP120摊铺机的液压调平系统作为研究对象,通过分析该系统的故障形式,提出了对SP120摊铺机液压调平系统故障基于模糊故障树理论的诊断方法,建立了该系统的模糊故障树,并对该故障树进行了事件模糊化分析和算法研究,结果表明该算法是可行的。最后给出了系统故障的预防和维护措施。As an important feature of paver, the screed hydraulic leveling system is the most critical system that affecting the flat- ness of the paving road. Once having a.failure, it will seriously affect the quality of paving the road. By taking the paver hydraulic level- ing system of SP120 as the research object, the fault diagnosis method based on fuzzy fault tree theory was put forward through the anal- ysis of the failure forms of the system. The fuzzy fault tree of the system was set up, and event fuzzy analysis as well as fuzzy algorithm study was conducted. The results show that the algorihm is feasible. Finally, the system fault prevention and maintenance measures were put forward.
