摘  要:提出了一种环保型镀锡镀前处理工艺,包括利用水基清洗剂除油和植酸浸蚀两部分。该工艺适用于硅青铜基体零件的镀锡前处理。与传统工艺相比,该工艺能源消耗低,可操作性强,工序简化,在环境保护方面有较大优势。工艺检验结果表明,镀锡层外观和结合力均良好,环保型镀前处理工艺可满足零件电镀锡工艺要求。This paper presents an environment friendly water-based cleaning agent degreasing and phytic acid pre-treatment of tin-plating, including two parts: etching. This process is suitable for the pretreat- ment of tin-plating for silicon bronze based parts. Compared with traditional process, it has advantages of low energy consumption, better operability, simplified procedure and good environmental performance. The testing results showed that this environment friendly pretreatment process could meet the requirements of tin-plating with good coating appearance and adhesion.
