摘  要:采用能谱分析、扫描电镜和中性盐雾试验等方法,研究脱氧处理对铝-锂合金铬酸阳极氧化膜性能的影响。结果显示,脱氧处理可清除铝-锂合金表面的氧化物,有利于阳极氧化膜的生长,并能增强阳极氧化膜与基材的结合力,提高氧化膜的耐蚀性。Effect of deoxidation treatment on the performance of chromic acid anodizing film formed on aluminum-lithium alloy were studied. EDS, SEM and neutral salt spraying test were used to investigate the effects of deoxidation treatment on the performance of chromic acid anodizing film formed on A1-Li alloy. Experimental results indicated that this deoxidation treatment could remove the oxides on the surface of A1-Li alloy and was beneficial for the growth of anodizing film. Furthermore, the binding force between the film and substrate was enhanced as well as the corrosion resistance of the film was improved.
