摘 要:在收入分配体制的顶层设计中,劳动力要素的分配份额依据除了工作时间的数量投入以外,专业化水平的程度和职业化的经验积累也是非常重要的权重。后者更多的是人力资本形成的投资规律与要求,教育与职场的经验是其形成的主要途径。在市场化的要素组合体制中,专业化水平的提升,既是效率增进的一个助推器,又是把人从多面发展朝单面演进的一种无奈机制。文章认为,分配体制中反专业化倾向、过低的专业化劳动要素报酬会在经济层面上抑制人的发展,专业化效率、职业化收入分配机制与人在市场经济条件下的发展空间处于需要同步被确认的逻辑关系与制度设计。In the top- level design of income distribution system, the share by the labor factor is not only based on the amount of working hours being invested, the level of professionalization and the accumulated professional experiences also carry heavy weight. The latter involves more of the rules and requirements of thed^vestment on the human capital, with education and working experiences as its major ways of development. In the element combination system of marketization, the enhancement of this professionalization is not only a booster for the efficiency improvement, but also a frustrating mechanism which transforms a person from multifaceted development to single-faceted development. Since the development of a person requires more choices and economic freedom, so is this professionalization pushing our development or restricting our free choices? We will focus on it.
